Start with our map search and demo that
Talk through which available filters that we have and criteria on the left-hand side that they can utilize. At the top they can start by pinning any property address on the map using the map toolbar search. As an example, use the address 123 S Barkley Mesa, AZ 85204, check absentee, exclude corporate owned checked, and change property type to single family / townhouse.
Run the order and label it “example”
Once you run the order it will put you in the Past Searches where you can watch the order run and finish. Mention how quickly we receive information and then open the CSV file (download it) and demonstrate all of the data that comes from a single search.
This includes: Names of owners, addresses, tax mailing address, vacancy and absentee status, then all of the contact data if you scroll to the right. Be sure to note that this contact data usually has multiple numbers in most cases, DNC status of every phone number (Y means yes, it is on the DNC list N means no it is not on the DNC list)
Then demo a single search by clicking on single search
This is used for one-off research for a cancelled or expired listing possibly.
Demo an address: 1802 East Jarvis Avenue Mesa, Arizona 85204
Go through data a little quicker than before and show where the emails, phone numbers sales history, etc. are. Mention again the DNC status.
Now you will demonstrate the SMS text feature
Use your phone and text the Ivy Data phone number which is given to them at the time of sign up and text the address 261 South Harris Drive, Mesa, Arizona 85204 this will then spit back contact information through the text messages and show them how quickly it happens. Be sure to mention it is very important how you enter in the address as it is sensitive to errors.
Next you will demo a batch order
This happens similarly to the single search but instead you click on batch order, use a sample .csv file and run it through. Be sure to point out the format of the .csv file and the elements that are necessary to receiving contact information. A lot of our questions come from format issues so explaining the simplicity of the format is crucial. From here we typically note the short amount of time that it takes to run a batch order and point out the match rate and compare it to our competitors if the potential client uses any.
To close, we ask if there are any questions regarding the product as a whole or if there is anything else that they would like to go over in more detail.
Provide a post demo slide deck and any other information that they request.
